Area of ​​responsibility selection of Suppliers by areas (logistics and warehouse, laboratory materials, equipment and services for operation and repair, construction services, communal services, etc.). Monitors the market analysis by positions/conducting a tender, determining the fair/target level of the offer for negotiations with Suppliers .Supervises the verification by category managers of the technical task from the initiator, helps in the formation of a high-quality and appropriate request for the technical task to attract a larger number of participants in the tender or competition.Participates in negotiations with suppliers to improve Commercial offers for goods and services (obtaining the level of a fair/targeted offer ) and terms of the Agreement. Participates in pharmaceutical exhibitions, conducts scheduled and unscheduled visits to Suppliers to improve partnership relations and conditions of cooperation. Responsible for building and maintaining partnership relations with Suppliers. Ensures the development of strategic partnerships. Controls the preparation and submission of information for consideration by the Tender Committee. Responsible for the development of measures to reduce costs associated with the acquisition, delivery and storage of goods and services. and Manufacturers (purchase agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc.). If necessary, monitors the submission of information and contracts for review by the Supervisory Board.
