Our partner is looking for a Head of the Department of Procurement of Packaging Materials and Raw Materials to join his team. Tasks you will face: Coordinating the category strategy, coordinating the activities of the category manager Coordinating tasks and coordinating activities of the MRP controllerParticipation in negotiations with suppliers and cross-functional colleagues to give "status" to the decisions made Legal signing of contracts and specifications within the framework of authority, checking them for compliance with the agreed strategyApproval of procurement procedures within the framework of authority, checking them for compliance with the agreed strategy and optimality with market procurement conditions Coordination interaction of the operational department with the category manager Solving system problems of direct workParticipation in the construction of cross-functional business processes within the companyParticipation in the construction and development of partnership relations with suppliersParticipation in company projects that do not relate to direct functionalityCreation and implementation of management OKRs based on department OKRsConsults, coordinates and integrates new businesses (startups) in the procurement process Responsible for creating a management structure and effective distribution of functional responsibilities Our potential employee: Has a higher education in the direction of "Management and administration" and experience in management positions in the field of procurement from 3 years Possesses the skills of conducting active negotiations Have analytical thinking, skills for working with a significant amount of information, time management skills.
