Area of ​​responsibility

• Organizes the work of the department regarding the prompt and effective selection of Suppliers by directions (logistics and storage, laboratory materials, equipment and services for operation and repair, construction services, communal services etc.).
• Supervises market analysis by positions/conducting a tender, determination of a fair/target level of the offer for negotiations with suppliers.
• Supervises the review by category managers of the technical task from the initiator, helps in the formation of a high-quality and appropriate technical task request to attract a larger number of tender or competition participants.
• Participates in negotiations with Suppliers regarding the improvement of Commercial Offers on goods and services (obtaining the level of a fair/targeted offer) and the terms of the Contract .
• Participates in pharmaceutical exhibitions, conducts scheduled and unscheduled visits to Suppliers to improve partnership relations and conditions of cooperation. Responsible for building and maintaining partnership relations with Suppliers.
• Ensures the development of strategic partnerships.
• Controls the preparation and submission of information for consideration by the Tender Committee.
• Responsible for the development of measures regarding the reduction of costs associated with the acquisition, delivery and storage of goods and services.
• Controls the timely signing of contracts with Suppliers and Manufacturers (purchase contracts, confidentiality agreements, etc.). If necessary, conoversees the submission of information and contracts for review by the Supervisory Board.
• Responsible for timely receipt of credit notes from suppliers for rejected raw materials and materials.
• Controls the development and compliance with the procurement category strategy. Prepares reports for the division.

The ideal candidate has:

• relevant experience in a large system company
• developed leadership and communication skills
• developed analytical abilities and critical thinking
< li style="font-weight: 400">SAP experience (would be an advantage, but not critical)
• English (upper-intermediate, would be an advantage)
• knowledge of the current legislation regulating foreign economic activity
• understanding of procurement methods and procedures
• Knowledge of the rules of concluding contracts
• Knowledge of Incoterms rules
