The national company of the Ukrainian market is looking for a qualified head of the procurement department in the city of Dnipro. If you have experience in a similar position, have a professional knowledge of procurement management methods and know how to optimize the work of the department? Then you are our ideal candidate! Main responsibilities: Organization and control of the work of the procurement department (5 people); Development of an assortment of new retail outlets, control of stocks and organization of deliveries; Budget of the department for a month/year; Formation and timely change of the product matrix Control and formation of import orders (Turkey, France, Germany, China); Work with suppliers at all levels: negotiation and conclusion of contracts, formation and control of payment timeliness, preparation of supporting documents, claims work; Product turnover control; Pricing, price monitoring; Promotions, sales Skills we expect from the candidate: Higher education; Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of procurement (preferably in the medical field/retail); Ability to manage a team; Planning, organization and control of all procurement and product accounting processes; Ability to work with a large amount of information; Excellent communication skills; High level of responsibility and organizational skills; Confident user of PC (Word, Excel, e-mail) and 1C: Enterprise.
