Your main tasks will be:

• control of planning, organization and implementation of investment projects;

• control of the development of technical tasks for the implementation of energy generation construction projects;

• control of the conclusion of relevant contracts for the implementation of projects;

• control of the compliance of the project and technical documentation to established standards and requirements;

• control over the implementation of construction projects at all stages of implementation;

• project management, including monitoring and adjusting plans to ensure the achievement of goals on time and budgets;

• coordination of all aspects of project management, including planning, implementation and completion of construction projects;

• control over compliance with high quality of execution construction projects in accordance with technical conditions, project documentation and standards;

• communication with local and state authorities and counterparties under contracts to agree onof cooperation and solving current issues.

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• practical experience use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• experience in ERP systems;
• experience in the design of thermal energy facilities, the procedure for developing and preparing technical documentation;
• knowledge of the principle of operation and composition of cogeneration plants;
• deep knowledge of accounting;
• ordered documents, namely an existing military accounting document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
