This is a team of cool developers of IT services and systems support for the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

We currently have an open vacancy for aHRM sector auditor.< /p>

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience of practical implementation of HR procedures, recruiting tools, personnel search resources, personnel training, in particular IT;
• Activity, sociability, initiative; /li>
• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them;
• Flexibility, ability to get out of difficult situations, self-organization, delicacy, politeness.

Responsibilities:

• Organization, development of HR procedures and relevant documents;
• Development of a recruiting strategy, primarily for IT specialists;
• Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees, onboarding, offboarding, conducting 1:1;
• Building an effective communication system within the company;
• Development and implementation of a personnel evaluation system, development and improvement of employee qualifications;
• li>Development of material and non-material motivation system;
• Implementation of personnel training and development programs;
• Support and development of corporate culture;
• Labor market research on the subject of pay compliance labor market conditions.
