Head of the personnel department (personnel, military accounting) in Konditerskaya korporaciya «ROShEN»

Main duties:

• Organization, management and control of the work of the personnel department
• Ensuring the full cycle of personnel management of the enterprise in accordance with current legislation
• Organization and full management of the recruitment process
• Development and implementation of the recruitment strategy
• Supporting the processes of hiring, firing, transfer of employees
• Control correctness of personnel documentation (orders, personnel files, employment contracts, lists of conscripts, etc.)
• Maintenance of military records at the enterprise and interaction with the TCC and SP
• Maintenance of staff lists, disciplinary records, vacation and sick leave records
• Development and updating of job instructions, regulations, local regulations
• Compliance control personnel processes to the legislation, monitoring of changes in the Labor Code
• Digitization of work books, electronic record keeping
• Interaction with DPS, PFU, submission of reports on personnel changes
• Consultation of management and employees on personnel and legal issues.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of HR in a managerial position from 3 years
• In-depth knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, the regulatory framework in the field of labor, personnel and military accounting
• Experience in the management, organization and control of personnel and military accounting at the enterprise
• Experience implementation of personnel booking procedures and passing inspections of labor management, TCC — will be an advantage
• Experience of accepting, dismissing employees, notification of TCC, PFU
• Confident user of MS Office, Excel, personnel programs (for example, M.E.Doc, personnel modules 1C/BAS/KORP, etc.
