Requirements: Work experience in the field of 3 years or more. Higher specialized education (psychology, personnel management). Confident computer skills (1C, office programs). Knowledge of labor legislation and experience in personnel administration. Experience in organizing training and mentoring. Experience in development and implementation of remuneration and rationing systems. Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team. Stress resistance and ability to learn quickly. Responsibilities: Management of HR processes, including planning, selection, adaptation, evaluation and development of personnel.
