Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR technologies related to the full cycle of personnel management: selection, adaptation, retention , motivation, training, development. Knowledge of personnel administration. Have managerial qualities and a high level of organizational skills. The ability to work in conditions of multitasking and focus on the result. Higher education (professional is welcome). Your responsibilities: Organization and control of the department's activities. Administration and control of the HR process. Creation of regulatory documents in the field of personnel management. Management and optimization of all HR processes in the company. Monitoring of the state of the labor market, wages of external companies in the market.
