Main tasks:
- Implementation of new methods of search and evaluation of candidates
- Optimizing the recruiting process: reducing time and costs for hiring
- Automation of HR functions
- Analysis of the labor market and adaptation of recruitment strategies
- Implementation of a communication strategy to support mutual understanding and cooperation in the company
- Support of basic HR processes in departments to achieve strategic business goals
- Presentation of internal and external HR analytics for business owners
- Department support recruiting as a separate project and reintegration into a full-fledged recruiting agency (recruitment for the internal needs of the company and cooperation in the B2B format)
Requirements:
- From 2 years of team management experience (10 + people)
- Understanding of HR and business processes as a whole (in a product company format) preferred
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and candidate evaluation methods
- Experience in optimizing and automating business processes
- Experience in developing instructions and methodological materials
- Experience in collecting and analyzing department performance and presenting analytics
- Successful experience in implementing business processes/projects
- Negotiation experience
- Proactivity, "flexibility" and the ability to adapt to business requirements
- Decision-making speed
- Preference will be given to candidates without experience in recruiting
