Positions responsibilities:

• Manages the Department, ensures the fulfillment of tasks and functions assigned to the Department, distributes responsibilities between employees of the personnel sector of military accounting and training, the motivation sector and the economic sector, monitors their performance of official duties, coordinates, organizes and directs the work of the department.

• Organizes and manages the work on improving the organizational structure and staffing of the branch. 
• Develops proposals for regulatory documentation for regulatory and methodological support of the personnel management system and ensures its implementation at branches.
• Ensures the functioning of the accounting system for hiring, transferring, incentives and dismissals of personnel.
• Ensures the functioning of the accounting system and compilation of labor and salary reports, ensures the timely provision of relevant information.
• Controls the state of labor discipline in the units of the enterprise and compliance by employees with the rules of internal labor regulations. 
• Ensures the compilation of established reporting (external and internal) on personnel accounting and work with personnel.
