 Requirements for the candidate:

• complete higher education (master's degree, specialist). Work experience in personnel management - at least 5 years;
• knowledge of labor legislation and legal acts regulating the field of personnel; monitoring of changes in them;
• possession of modern personnel search and recruitment techniques, successful experience in closing vacancies of various levels;
• high level of communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees;
• li> result orientation, organizational skills, attention to detail, responsibility.

 Functional duties:

• organization of work and effective interaction of subordinate personnel employees of the AVE group of companies in Ukraine;
• participation in the development of long-term plans of the company, personnel policy, formation of relations within the team;
• providing the group with employees of the necessary professions, specialties and qualifications according to the goals, strategy and profile of the group;
• development of the procedure for selection, acceptance, adaptation, testing, dismissal, transfer of employees;
• maintenance of personnel documentation, management of personal affairs;

• development of job instructions and internal regulations;
• development of remuneration systems, personnel motivation;
• provision and organization of work related to military accounting at AVE group enterprises;
• preparation of proposals to the management of the AVE group to eliminate identified shortcomings in work with personnel.
