• Planning and organizing the work of the personnel department
• You have a higher education and 3 years of work experience in the field of HR
• You have a thorough knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and have all the latest changes in legislation, in particular military accounting
• You are able to professionally select, evaluate and hire personnel, develop documents related to the work of the enterprise (job instructions, regulations, programs) and work with the budget
• For needs, do not be lazy to perform the duties of a personnel inspector, personnel manager, i.e. you need to be an all-rounder
• Initiative and propose ideas for the implementation of production personnel;
• Have good planning skills and organization of the work of the personnel department, able to work in a team and manage subordinates
• Have a high level of communication and know how to resolve conflict situations.
