On behalf of our client, an international manufacturing company, we announce a competitive selection for the position of "Head of the Personnel Department", Lviv.

Requirements:

• Availability of higher education;
• Experience in a relevant position for at least 3 years in an international system company, preferably with production facilities;
• Experience in HR business process projects
• li>Understanding all HR functions and personnel management
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation
• Excellent PC skills
• English B2-C1 good conversational level

Main responsibilities:

• Coordination of all operational HR processes
• Providing the company with professional staff
• Ensuring effective and systematic personnel management
• Analysis of employee performance
• Preparation of reports for the head office
• Initiation, development and implementation of HR initiatives
• Administration, organizational issues, working with reports
• Providing advice to employees and company management
• Developing motivational measures to improve staff productivity
