The Nestlé Ukraine company announces a competition for the position of Head of the Human Resources and Administrative Division in Kyiv. The general purpose of this position: Ensuring compliance of the personnel administration process with the requirements of the current legislation and internal processes and policies Collection and analysis of data on personnel statistics and their presentation to the Director of Personnel, the Board of Directors and the Director Support of employees on matters of personnel administration and labor legislation in Ukraine and Moldova. Main responsibilities: Management of personnel administration in Ukraine and Moldova. Monitoring of labor legislation. Development and updating of internal regulatory documents (instructions, policies, rules, etc.). based on research results Coordination of cooperation with the Nestlé Business Service team in Europe regarding personnel and administrative issues and the payroll process Coordination of internal audits (including CARE audit) in the area of personnel management. Conducting the process of extending and renewing collective agreements at Nestlé Ukraine LLC Basic requirements: Fluency in English; Advanced user of MS Office; Previous experience in SAP and SuccessFactors will be an advantage Excellent analytical skills; Ability to work with large amounts of information; Team management experience Higher education; 3 -4 years of experience in the field of HR Excellent communication skills.
