In connection with business expansion, we are opening a position head of the permit-conciliation department.

Main tasks:

• Building the permit-conciliation department with 0.
self-government, DIAM, DABI (archive files), project organizations.

• Control of terms, budget and risks of permit procedures.

• Preparation of analytical reports for management.

• Participation in strategic planning of development projects.

• Support of inspections, requests and communications with regulatory authorities.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (construction, architecture, law, land management — advantage).

• Experience in a similar position from 3-5 years.

• In-depth knowledge of: urban planning legislation of Ukraine, permit procedures in construction.

• Experience in team formation and management.

• Practical experience in the implementation of construction / development projects.

• Systemic thinking, high level responsibility.

• Negotiation and effective communication skills.
