Requirements: Complete higher education in the economic field of training. The experience of economic work for a master's degree or specialist by profession is at least 2 years, for a bachelor's degree at least 3 years. Functional duties: 1. Organizes the labor process of bureau employees and manages their activities; 2. Calculates the company's overhead costs and prepares their standards for drawing up estimates; 3. Performs work on improving the organization of work, production management, wage forms and systems, material and moral stimulation of the company's employees; 4. Prepares annual salary budgets, cost estimates for maintaining the management apparatus, participates in the development of tasks to reduce the labor intensity of products, works, and services; 5. Controls the expenditure of labor and material incentive funds, the application of wage forms and systems, tariff rates and assessments, and official salaries; 6. Develops the staff list, staffing standards in accordance with the staffing standards and the established salary fund of the company; 7. Monitors the rational use of the wage fund; 8. Conducts an analysis of the economic indicators of production and, based on it, provides proposals to the head of the department-chief economist regarding the efficiency of production; 9.
