Your main tasks will be:

• monitor compliance with the salary policy and initiation of a program for its improvement;
• development and implementation of a goal-setting system and a motivation system in accordance with the goals and policies of the company;
• development and implementation of measures to increase the operational efficiency of the unit - automation, simplification of procedures, etc.;
• organization of work on the formation of a budget for labor costs/financial plan of an economic entity of the public sector of the economy (in terms of personnel costs), implementation of control over the use of the payment fund labor;
• organization of work on the preparation and conclusion of the Collective Agreement of JSC "Ukrnafta" together with the relevant divisions of the company's management apparatus and coordination of the work on drafting and approval of structural unit annexes to the Collective Agreement of JSC "Ukrnafta";
• organization of maintaining and compiling established internal and external reporting;
• implementation of started management projects and launching of new ones direction.

We expect from you:

• Experience in the field of remuneration, compensation and benefits for at least 3 years, including experience as a unit manager - from 1 year, at enterprises with 2,000 employees or more;
• Knowledge of labor legislation, methods of planning and analysis of personnel cost indicators, principles and methods of grading positions;
• Competent Ukrainian language;
• Excellent level of PC user;
• Higher education; 
• Analytical thinking, the ability to work efficiently in multitasking conditions, good communication skills, attentiveness.
