About the team:
The operational department of the financial company EVO (RozetkaPay) unites about 50 specialists. Among them are the support teams of the cash product, the Support service, and operational finance.
One of the directions of the department – payment support of accounts, where two operational managers currently work. They are responsible for user interaction, support for payment transactions and account seizures, work closely with financial monitoring, treasury and support teams, and participate in the development of technical requirements to improve operational processes.

Important for this roles:
work experience from 1 year with payment accounts (opening, monitoring, arrests, closing, etc.)
experience in following up payments on payment accounts
experience in processing account seizures and forced write-offs (work with internal combustion engines, private contractors)
knowledge of the legal framework of Ukraine, which regulates payment services, payment operations, understanding of regulatory requirements of the NBU
good communication skills for effective cooperation with related departments
Would be an advantage:
experience in developing/approving internal regulatory documents (regulations, regulations, instructions) for operational activities
experience in forming requirements for automation/optimization of operational processes
Tasks:
organization and control of setting up processes in the "PTK Payment Accounts" software for user payment accounts, conducting final operations for user payment accounts and closing them
accompanying counterparties, monitoring financial settings in software - individuals and legal entities
interaction with external bodies in terms of payment accounts
establishment, support and control of operational interaction with related units (treasury service, financial monitoring, commercial department, etc.)
improving the process of identifying and processing unaccepted, erroneous and improper payment transactions on user payment accounts
organization and participation in the development, approval and updating of internal regulatory documents (regulations, regulations, contracts, instructions) regulating work with payment accounts
participation in the description of requirements for the IT department
organization of tasks, development and involvement
