About the team:
Back office/operations department of the financial company EVO (RozetkaPay) unites about 50 specialists. Among them are cash product support teams, user support and operational finance.
One of the department's areas is support of payment accounts, where two operational managers currently work. They are responsible for interacting with users, supporting payment transactions and account seizures, working closely with financial monitoring, treasury and support teams, and also participate in the development of technical requirements to improve operational processes. To strengthen this direction, we are looking for aHead of the Payment Accounts Support Department.
Important for this role:
experience of 1 year with payment accounts (opening, support, arrests, closing etc.)
experience of accompanying payments on payment accounts
experience of processing account seizures and forced write-offs (work with internal combustion engines, private executors)
knowledge of the legal framework of Ukraine that regulates payment services, payment operations, understanding of NBU regulatory requirements
good communication skills for effective cooperation with related units of processes
Tasks:
- organization and control of setting up processes in the "PTK Payment Accounts" software for user payment accounts, conducting final operations for user payment accounts and closing them
- support of counterparties, control over the implementation of financial settings in the software - individuals and legal entities
- interaction with external bodies in the area of payment accounts
- adjustment, support and mutual control of the operating roomrelations with related units (treasury service, financial monitoring, commercial department, etc.)
- establishment of the process of identifying and processing unaccepted, erroneous and improper payment transactions on user payment accounts
- organization and participation in the development, approval and updating of internal regulatory documents (regulations, regulations, contracts, instructions) that regulate work with payment accounts
- participation in the description of requirements for the IT department
- organization of effective team work: distribution of tasks, development, training and support of involvement
