Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for developing work plans and comprehensive measures to achieve established standards and increase the existing level of labor protection, formation budget
• Organizes the monitoring of compliance with occupational health and safety requirements by employees of the enterprise and subcontractors and the issuance of mandatory orders to eliminate identified deficiencies
• Organizes the conduct of education (training) and testing of employees’ knowledge on occupational health and safety issues, pre-medical assistance and the procedure for performing high-risk works
• Participates in the organization of technical inspections, expert examinations and testing of equipment of increased risk hazards
• Responsible for obtaining permit documentation for the performance of work and the operation of high-risk equipment
• Organizes and participates in state and internal investigations of accidents and accidents that have occurred at work, carries out cause analysis and development of measures for their prevention and elimination
• Organizes the conduct of risk assessments on labor protection issues and the development and implementation of corrective measures
• Responsible for the implementation of international standards in the field of occupational health and safety

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts, methodical materials on labor protection, fire and man-made safety, civil protection, basics of labor legislation
• Knowledge and skills of implementing best international practices in the field of labor safety (leadership in the field of labor safety, safety audits, behavioral audits, five steps of safety, LOTO, 5S, etc.)
• Experience in implementing a risk-oriented approach in the field of labor protection
• Experience in conducting training (trainings) on occupational safety and fire safety, as well as fire prevention and emergency training
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: Excel, Power Point, Ofice 365
• Experience in software: 1C, SAP, ITSM, K2 BPM, Partners, Vchasno
• Experience in drafting technical tasks, conducting commercial selectionmoat of counterparties
• Category B driving license and car driving experience
