Head of the labor protection department in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a Head of the Occupational Health and Safety Service who wants to join an important cause.

Key tasks:

• Development and implementation of policies and procedures on occupational health and safety in accordance with the legislation and internal regulatory documents of the company
• Conducting regular inspections and audits of workplaces to identify and assess potential hazards
• Organizing and conducting training, briefings and trainings on occupational health and safety for employees
• Investigation of accidents, drawing up reports and development of measures to prevent them in the future
• Maintenance of occupational safety documentation, preparation of reports for management and supervisory bodies
• Interaction with state supervisory bodies on occupational safety issues.
• Monitoring workers' compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and the use of personal protective equipment
• Assessment and management of risks, development of measures to minimize them
• Preparation and conducting of training activities on occupational health and safety issues

Our ideal candidate has:

• Higher education in the field of labor protection, safety technology or engineering
• 2 years of experience as a security engineer
• Knowledge of legislation and regulatory acts in the field of occupational health and safety
• Experience in conducting occupational health and safety inspections and audits
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to quickly respond to changes and make decisions in extreme situations
• Knowledge of basic computer programs (MS Office, specialized occupational health and safety software)
• Certificates or additional training in occupational health and safety will be an advantage
