Head of the labor protection and environmental service in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

The company, which provides services for determining the quality of coal and coal products throughout Ukraine, needs a permanent manager of the occupational safety and environmental protection service. Functional duties: organize the management of the occupational safety and environmental protection service; maintain and improve the existing occupational safety management system, develop in accordance with the international standards of the occupational health and safety management system OHSAS 18001 and the environmental management system ISO 14001, the occupational health and safety management system and the environmental management system; maintaining a reporting system on the state of occupational safety, industrial safety and environmental protection; organizing monitoring of employees' compliance with regulatory requirements - legal acts, corporate requirements regarding labor protection, environmental protection; organize training of employees on labor protection, fire safety, industrial sanitation and internal normative documents of the management system of labor protection and environmental protection, etc. Requirements: education at least of the second level of higher education (specialist/master); work experience in a similar position of 5 years or more; knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on labor protection and ecology; technical mindset, ability to understand technology (preferred); know methods of studying working conditions at workplaces; know methods of monitoring compliance of the technical condition of equipment with safety requirements; knowledge of the basics of labor legislation; know the rules and norms of labor protection, safety techniques, industrial sanitation and fire protection; know the requirements: quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, occupational hygiene and safety management system in accordance with OHSAS 18001, environmental management systems in accordance with ISO 14001. Working conditions: official registration from the first working day; work schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mon.-Fri.
