Responsibilities:
- management and organization of the sales department and showrooms
< li>work with the team: selection, control, training, motivation- network development: finding locations and opening new salons
- production of service quality standards and their control
- implementation of the sales plan and all actions are aimed at increasing sales
- analysis of performance indicators of salons, the network as a whole, improvement of network standards (decoration of salons, customer service, management of cash register discipline, work schedule rules, etc.)
- li>ability to make quick decisions
- implementation of CRM system, reporting, etc.
- control of advertising activities and marketing promotion of products
Requirements:
