The following interesting tasks await you:

• Optimization of procurement processes: analysis, improvement and standardization of procedures to increase efficiency and savings.
• Category management: provision of resources for all business areas of the company.
• Supply management: control of equipment availability in warehouses, prevention of surpluses, organization of sale of used equipment.
• Tenders and contracts: conducting tenders, analyzing proposals, assessing risks, concluding contracts, working in SAP.
• Interaction with suppliers: maintaining stable cooperation, searching for new partners, communication with Group Procurement.
• Financial control: approval of PO, control of financial documentation, planning cash flow.
• Reporting: Weekly reports for management, internal customers and procurement team.
• Team management: hiring, development, motivation, performance evaluation, building a strong procurement team.

We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

• Higher education: Technical, economic or telecommunications.
• Practical experience in the field of procurement or telecommunications from 5 years.
• Team management experience from 2 years old.
• Languages: Ukrainian, English - fluent.
• A confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) and work with Internet resources.
• Experience with SAP R/3.
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions, stress resistance. and sociability are important foreffective interaction with the team.
