Requirements:

• knowledge of current legislation of Ukraine and regulatory acts;
• negotiation skills;

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the implementation of mobilization training and mobilization activities in local state authorities, local self-government bodies, and enterprises , in institutions and organizations that have mobilization tasks
• Within the scope of competence, ensures compliance with the legislation on mobilization training and mobilization, compliance with the secrecy regime during mobilization training activities
• Forms the project of the main indicators of the mobilization plan
• Participates in work to determine the needs of mobilization preparation measures
• Submits proposals for setting mobilization tasks (orders) to enterprises, institutions and organizations located in the region, as well as organizes their delivery to the executors
• Forms draft documents for the annual report on the state of mobilization readiness and on the progress of long-term and annual mobilization training programs
• Forms draft documents regarding the reservation of conscripts for the period mobilization and wartime
