Competencies:

- Work experience in social programs, management, project management in separate divisions of Ukrainian or foreign non-governmental organizations for at least 1 year.

- Higher education in law, social work, social sciences, finance and economics, management, development studies, etc.

- Skills plancreation and formation of project proposals.

- High analytical and organizational ability for effective management projects and groups.

- Excellent computer skills (including Gmail and other Google, MS Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Competent oral and written Ukrainian language. Knowledge of the English language will be a significant advantage.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently .

- High level of ethics, responsibility and professionalism.< /p>

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Planning, organization and coordination of work in the humanitarian direction of the Fund's project activities, in particular in the medical direction.

- Preparation of projects and participation in writing grant applications and competitive proposals.

- Negotiations with Ukrainian and foreign partners and potential partners.

- Quality management of interaction with partners, donors and beneficiaries.

- Preparation of analytical reports and presentations for the organization, donors, partners and stakeholders.

- Documentation maintenance: cooperation with the legal and financial departments of the Fund.

- Control of accounting of funds in projects and monitoring of their use.

- Execution of other tasks and projects arising in the course of work, using professional knowledge and skills in various fields.
