Job tasks:

• Analyzing the market of smoked meat products, identifying consumer needs, forming a production development strategy
• Formation of assortment and price policy
• Ensuring the fulfillment of commercial and financial indicators
• Organization of a smooth smoking shop, improvement of technologies, optimization of smoking processes
• Control of the input base of raw materials
• Education and team development

Must have:

• The commercial approach
• The process of injecting meat and meat products
• Skills for the preparation of liquid preparations
• The process of smoking on wood chips and liquid smoke
• The skills of creating technical maps and calculations
