We invite to the team a Deputy supermarket manager for production (meat/fish)!

If you:

• have work experience in a similar position (in meator fish areas);
• can organize team work and motivate people to achieve results;
• value quality, responsibility and mutual respect;
• have experience in retail trade or food production from 1 of the year;
• customer-oriented, like to work in a dynamic environment —we will be glad to see you in our team!
• having a higher professional education will be an advantage.

Your maintasks:

• control and coordination of production shops (meat, fish);
• organization of technological processes, ordering of raw materials, control of residues and quality;
• ensuring compliance with production standards, assortment and taste characteristics of products;

maintenance of documentation, participation in inventories.
