Your responsibilities will be: Creation of complex marketing strategies with an emphasis on digital channels to increase brand awareness and attract customers. Development and implementation of retention marketing strategies aimed at building long-term relationships with existing customers. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and understanding of target audiences. Development and implementation of advertising campaigns in digital channels, in social networks, on Google Ads platforms and in email marketing. Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytical tools to optimize future activities. Management of content on the company website and in social networks, implementation of effective SEO strategies. Management and coordination of the work of the marketing team, ensuring clear communication and achieving goals. Effective interaction with other departments to implement joint marketing initiatives. It is important for us that you have: Marketing experience from 3 years, in particular in digital marketing. Deep understanding of the principles of SEO, SEM, SMM and e-mail marketing. Experience in managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook and other digital channels. Ability to work with analytical tools such as Google Analytics. Excellent skills communication and the ability to lead a team. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
