Your duties will: Create comprehensive marketing strategies with an emphasis on digital channels to increase brand awareness and attract customers. Develop and implement retention marketing strategies aimed at building long-term relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand target audiences. Development and implementation of advertising campaigns in digital channels, in social networks, on Google Ads platforms and in email marketing. Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns with the help of analytical tools for the optimization of future activities. Content management on the company website and in social networks, implementation of effective SEO strategies. Management and coordination of the work of the marketing team, ensuring clear communication and achieving goals. Effective interaction with other departments to implement joint marketing initiatives. It is important for us that you have: 3 years of experience in marketing, in particular in digital marketing. Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM and e-mail marketing principles.Experience in managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook and other digital channels.Ability to work with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team.Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
