Head of the management accounting department in Ancom Group

The mission of the position: building a management accounting system and its automation.

Functional responsibilities:

• Company's accounting policy (management accounting).
• Planning, organization and control of the work of the management accounting department.
• Development, optimization and formation of regular management financial and commercial reporting.
• Building and automation of financial and commercial of the company's business processes.
• Development of business models for the effectiveness of the company's key KPIs with different input data.
• Conducting financial and commercial analysis, preparing proposals for improving indicators.
• Control of operational processes.
• Production of TK and control of improvements 1C8.

Needed skills:

• Knowledge of the basic principles and experience of building accounting policies and business models
• Skills of financial analysis of the company's activity
• Skills of automating the financial business processes of the company

• Skills in the development, implementation and automation of management reports
• Experience in setting up TK for programmers
• Understanding the principles of building and working with databases, a confident PC user: 1C 8.3 (UNF, USC, UPP), Power Query and Power Pivot, Power BI, Power Pointt, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Bitrix24 (will be an advantage)
• Team management experience.
