We are currently looking for a head of the maintenance department (security system), whose duties will include: Creating a structure and development of the department Management of the department, creation and addition of regulations and standards of work Formation and coordination of the work of the department Development and development of business processes within the framework of the work of the department Keeping reports on the work of the department Writing technical specifications Work planning Automating the production processes of the department Communication with other divisions of the company and forming reports for the relevant departments and management Communication with customers Solving problems in a short time Analysis problems and development of recommendations for their elimination Control and coordination of routine work Organization of modernization of existing infrastructure and maintenance Work with contractors You have: Experience in building a maintenance department from scratch Deep understanding and vision of business processes in this field Experience in managing teams Experience in writing technical tasks for a programmer and experience in implementing automation Understanding of work principles with user requests: systematization, determination of the level of importance and priority of the request Experience of conducting negotiations Experience of communication with customers Ability to read engineering design documentation Experience of working with GIS systems (at the user level) Experience of working in the construction of security systems or experience of managing installation crews will be an advantage Experience of working in operational departments - will be an advantage Specialization by education — Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Management Confident user of MS Office, Jira, Zabbix, CRM and other alternative software complexes.
