Functional duties:

• coordination and management of the work of the department
• providing financial and economic analysis of investment projects (investment programs, etc.) JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia"
• development of financial models of investment projects
• technical and economic analysis of investment projects. Calculation of indicators of economic efficiency of projects (NPV, PI, IRR, DPP)
• implementation of the main principles of investment policy in JSC Ukrzaliznytsia
• monitoring of the implementation of individual investment projects and the project portfolio as a whole, analysis of causes deviations
• forecasting: enterprise activity, cargo flows, macroeconomic indicators
• participation in the development of documents regulating the investment process, approaches and methods for evaluating investment projects
• organization and provision investment management process in Ukrzaliznytsia JSC

Requirements for the candidate:

• complete higher technical or economic education (master's degree, specialist)
• experience of at least 3 years in the field of investment analysis (in the position of manager/analyst of the investment department)
• working with databases, their statistical analysis
• ownership of a PC, Microsoft Project , Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio
