• Ensuring the development and quality provision of lending services to medium-sized business clients by employees of the Bank's sales department and network (branches, directorates, etc.).
• Conducting research on lending products and terms of their sale by competing banks in order to provide proposals for making changes to the products.
• Organizing training for management and network employees based on analytical data obtained as a result of the work (in (including regarding the speed and quality of processing credit projects).
• Providing practical support to network employees in structuring agreements for credit products for medium-sized business clients.
• Careful study of regulatory and legal documentation directly related to the activities of the lending management of medium-sized businesses, as well as providing proposals for making changes to the current processes of the Bank. executive discipline.
• Ensuring the implementation of current risk management within the scope of management activities.

You are "our person" if you have:

• Higher education (economics, finance, law or in the field of management);
• Successful experience in management positions in the banking system for at least 3 years;
• Understanding the product line for medium-sized businesses (lending, deposits, RKO, acquiring, salary projects).
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and client identification/verification procedures.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and NBU regulations that regulate the processes, approaches and requirements of lending to legal entities.
• Experience in managing large teams, training and motivating staff.
