Main tasks:

• Ensuring timely and high-quality performance by subordinates of all current tasks, projects, approved action plans, internal and external regulatory documents, etc.;
• formation of plans for the procurement of works and services for the development of land management documentation and registration of the right to land plots for energy facilities of NEC "Ukrenergo";
• report materials regarding registration of rights to land plots under energy facilities of NEC "Ukrenergo";
• organization of calculations for registration of rights to land plots, compensation for agricultural and forestry losses, damages to landowners and land users caused in connection with the activities of NEC "Ukrenergo", in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

• higher education in specialties and qualifications in the field of knowledge of land management
• perfect knowledge of land legislation of Ukraine and quickly react to the introduced changes;
• know the stages of the process of allocating land plots, including when they are alienated for public needs;
• ability to cooperate with state authorities and local self-government bodies, individuals and legal entities;
• ability to work with the State Land Cadastre, the State Register of Real Property Rights ;
• Computer (software products: ability to work with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Digitals, GIS-6 and MS Office
