Bontrup Ukraine is a stable agricultural company operating in the Sumy region and part of an international group with Dutch management. The company manages a significant land bank and continues to expand its agricultural activities.
We are currently looking for a professional and responsible Land Lease Manager who will lead and oversee all land lease operations.
Main responsibilities
Department management
- Manage and supervise the Land Department team (managers, administrators)
- Organize weekly meetings and provide structured reporting
- Monitor KPI performance and conduct employee evaluations (at least twice a year)
- Implement and maintain standardized internal procedures
Contract management and legal compliance
- Monitor the timely renewal and conclusion of land lease agreements
- Ensure proper preparation and verification of documents
- Collaborate with lawyers to support standardized contracts
- Supervision of contract registration in the State Land Registry systems
- Sign contracts by proxy
Stability and expansion of the land bank
- Monitor contract expiration and ensure systematic renewal
- Maintain professional relationships with landowners
- Track competitors' positions on land in the region
- Identify opportunities for expanding the land bank
- Supporting the strategic goal of expanding hectares
Requirements
- Higher education (economics, law, agribusiness or related fields)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in land leasing, the agricultural sector or land administration
- In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian land legislation
- Understanding land registration and tax regulations
- Leadership and organizational skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Valid driver's license (minimum 2 years of driving experience)
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Official employment in accordance with Ukrainian legislation
