KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the updating, maintenance and improvement of the health and safety management system to guarantee safe working conditions, as well as planning and implementing measures for occupational safety.
• Formation, updating and control of occupational safety and fire safety documentation and processes for the Company’s commercial divisions in accordance with the current requirements of Ukrainian legislation and global STADA policies.
• Conducting briefings and training of employees on occupational safety and fire safety.
• Controlling the completion of mandatory medical examinations of employees in accordance with the requirements of the law.
• Ensuring the availability and timely updating of all necessary occupational safety permits and fire safety.
• Cooperation with other divisions of the company and international teams to coordinate processes and standards.
• Interaction with specialized government bodies and medical institutions.
• Control of employees’ compliance with the requirements of regulations on occupational safety and fire safety.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• Work experience in a similar position from 3 years.
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of labor protection and fire safety.
• Skills in conducting briefings, audits and risk assessments.
• understanding of the procedure for investigating accidents and occupational diseases.
• Experience of interaction with relevant regulatory bodies.
• Willingness to organize profile trainings.
• Organization, attention to details, responsibility, ethics.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and interact with global teams.
• Project management skills, implementation of new systems.
