Your key tasks in the position:

• carry out management of the unit, determine the strategy and priorities in activities, form annual work plans and budgets of the unit and bear personal responsibility for the performance of tasks and functions assigned to the unit;
• execute administrative management of employees unit;
• organize and coordinate work on labor protection at the enterprise, monitor compliance with legislative and normative legal acts on labor protection in structural units, conduct preventive work to prevent industrial accidents injuries, occupational and production-related diseases, measures to create healthy and safe working conditions at the enterprise, by providing employees with the established benefits and compensations for working conditions;
• to inform employees of on behalf of the employer about the state of working conditions at the workplace, as well as about the measures taken to protect against dangerous and harmful production factors, to ensure the preparation of documents for the payment of compensation for damages caused to the health of employees as a result of an accident at work or an occupational disease;  
• organize inspections, inspections of the technical condition of buildings, equipment, machines and mechanisms for their compliance with the requirements of regulatory acts on labor protection, the condition of sanitary and domestic premises, means of collective and individual protection of workers, monitors the timeliness of their implementation.
• participate in the drafting of the "Labor Protection" section of the collective agreement, monitor its implementation of the prescriptions of state control bodies, other improvement measures working conditions;
• provide methodical assistance to the heads of the company's divisions in compiling lists of professions and positions, according to which employees must undergo mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations, as well as lists of professions and positions, according to which employees are provided with compensation and benefits for difficult, harmful or dangerous working conditions, in case of development and revision of labor protection instructions, enterprise standards for labor safety;
• ensure the conduct of introductory and repeated briefings, training and testing of knowledge on occupational health and safety of the company's employees;
• send to the head of the company a submission about the involvednot to the responsibility of employees who violate the requirements for occupational safety;
• to ensure the instruction (training) of employees on occupational safety issues, the provision of first aid to victims of accidents, rules behavior in the event of accidents in accordance with the current standard provision; control the drawing up of cost estimates for labor protection measures in the company's divisions, the correctness of drawing up applications for overalls and other means of personal protection, special food, safety and protective devices;
• control over expenditure on labor protection, compliance with the rules and norms of labor protection and industrial sanitation in the projects of the enterprise divisions that are being built or reconstructed, new technological processes during the installation of equipment, as well as the periods of tests and checks of the correct operation of steam boilers, cylinders for compressed gases, control equipment, cranes, hoists and other equipment, schedules of measurements of industrial noise, air environment, vibration, etc., execution of orders of state supervision bodies, interdepartmental and departmental control over compliance with current norms and standards for labor safety in the production process;
• provide methodical assistance to enterprise units in developing new and revising outdated instructions and monuments on labor protection, as well as drafting programs for training employees in safe work methods. To participate in the investigation and analysis of the causes of industrial injuries, occupational diseases, in the development of measures for their prevention and elimination. To organize the work of the cabinet on labor protection and promotion of measures on labor protection and industrial sanitation by holding lectures, discussions, stands, distribution of rules, instructions, monuments, etc.;
• control ensuring compliance with the rules and norms of labor protection during the internship of students, students of vocational and technical schools;
• makes contact with medical institutions and other organizations on labor protection issues and takes measures to implement their recommendations. Ensure the preparation of reports on labor protection;
• conducts an analysis of the fire safety of the enterprise, develops draft orders, instructions and regulations, brings their content to the attention of the employees of the enterprise
• take part in the investigation of fires that occurred at the enterprise, establish the causes and conditions of their occurrence, identify the persons responsible for the occurrence of fires and fires;
• develop and monitor the implementation of measures to ensure fire safety at the enterprise. Provides the General Director of the Enterprise with a report on the implementation of planned fire safety measures;
• monitor the condition of fire protection systems and means and does not allow them to be used for purposes other than their intended purpose;                                                                     
• manage the development and implementation of measures aimed at fulfilling the requirementsenvironmental legislation regarding compliance with standards and regulations in the field of environmental protection;                          
• organize keeping records of indicators characterizing the state of the environment, creating a system for storing information about accidents, environmental monitoring data, waste disposal documentation and other environmental information;< /li>
• provide suggestions for improving their work, suggest ways to simplify and improve processes in the field of their tasks and duties; makes suggestions for improving the work of the unit;                                          
• perform tasks and duties in accordance with this job description, corporate standards (policies, regulations, regulations, etc.), orders and orders of the company management and the head of the division, standards and working procedures of the quality system;
• to carry out adaptation and evaluation of the achievements and development of their subordinates in accordance with the requirements of the standards and systems operating at the enterprise;                                              
• stimulate and develop your subordinates, create a favorable motivational climate in the unit to achieve the company's business goals;
• constantly improve one's own qualifications, monitor and study new effective technologies and improve oneself in one's professional field;
