Requirements: 5 years of experience in a similar position. Higher education in economics or personnel specialties. In-depth knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine. The ability to work as a staff member issues, carry out payroll and control its payment. Extensive experience in interaction with tax and other regulatory bodies. Ability to work with a large amount of information and responsibility. High organization, analytical abilities and flexibility. Responsibilities: Organization and control of payroll processes for company employees. Experience in accounting wages at the same time up to 20 enterprises + control of the management of more enterprises of employees of the labor department - in addition to the performance of management tasks, interaction with the controlling bodies on issues of salary calculation. Compilation of financial tax and statistical reporting: preparation of reports and submission of reports to the relevant authorities through: electronic account of the payer, "M.E.Doc", FreeZvit (tax, statistics, pension fund).
