Head of KAM service (Hospital direction)

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher medical/pharmaceutical education, education in the field of personnel management is an additional plus;
• Has successful, proven work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years or a regional manager (RX) from 3 years;
• Has strategic planning skills, coaching skills, business negotiation skills;
• Results-oriented, communicative, proactive.

  Functional duties:

  • Implementation of the established sales plan. Increasing market share;
  • Increasing sales in the regions, strategic planning;
  • Promotion of drugs in the tender and retail channel;
  • Market monitoring, competitive analysis of the situation, negotiations with VIP clients and OPR;
  • Development, implementation and analysis of marketing events, planning of promotional activities; tasks and control of performance by KAMs for the implementation of the sales plan;
  • Interaction with distributors, OPR of pharmacy chains, KOLs;
  • Cross-functional interaction with company departments;
  • Selection and staff training.
