eZdorovya is an IT enterprise responsible for the development and implementation of the largest projects in Ukraine from the electronic health care system eHealth - the reform of medicine.

The key task of eZdorovya is to build a stable, politically independent, secure electronic system healthcare, as well as create conditions for the development of a free and competitive market of IT services in medicine and opportunities for interaction with the central eHealth database.

Responsibilities

• Managing the IT support team
• Implementation of standard IT service management (ITSM) processes and CRI
• Ensuring smooth operation , support, update of IT infrastructure and previously implemented systems and services of the organization
• Building, implementation and support of Helpdesk at the level of the entire organization
• Configuration, administration and support of the network, its users
• Construction and implementation of information security standards and measures
• Coordination of the design and implementation of the infrastructure protection system
• Interaction with partners on the supply of equipment, software, and IT services

• Provision of consulting support to the customer
• Building, implementation and support of the IT infrastructure monitoring system
• Compilation, management and control of the budget
• Preparation of a monthly report with the main performance indicators of the IT department

Necessary skills

• Higher technical education
• Successful experience in IT implementation - projects, products and services, network management, its development and support
• Experience in management positions in the IT industry for at least 3 years
