Work content:

• Technical support and ensuring uninterrupted operation of:
  
  • IT systems and services;
  • server equipment and data storage systems;
  • network equipment and telecom services;
  • structured cable system;
  • telephony;
  • employee workplaces;
  • automated data center dispatching management system (ASDU).
• Identification of operational problems, preparation of measures for their elimination.
• Finishing and modernization of systems.
• Participation in internal projects in the area of ​​responsibility.
• Organization of service work, personnel management.
• Financial planning of service activities.
• Interaction with related units.
• Organization of interaction with external companies within the scope of official duties.

Mandatory professional competencies:

• Experience in operating IT services based on Microsoft software.
• Experience in operating a Cisco network.
• Knowledge of basic principles operation of virtualization systems based on VMware technology.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of information security.
• Knowledge of the principles of construction, experience in the operation of ASDU.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of ITIL/ITSM.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of project management.

Desired professional competencies:

• Experience of working with controllers and SCADA manufactured by Schneider Electric.

Business competencies: ability to work in accordance with corporate standards, policies and methodologies.
