Head of the IT department, system administration in DS Electronics

DS Electronics is a successful company engaged in the production and sale of ZUBR voltage relays and terneo thermostats. Due to the exceptionally high quality of products and a competent marketing strategy, the company is a leader in its field.

We are looking for an experienced manager to manage the IT department and ensure smooth operation IT infrastructure. Only full-time employment, but there is an opportunity to work in home office mode.

Main duties:

• Work organization department of IT and system administration.
• Coordinating the work of 1C support specialists, IP telephony, servers, and internal systems.
• Ensuring efficient operation of the server infrastructure, including monitoring, support and modernization.
• Systems management automation of business processes (1C, Bitrix and others).
• Opening, control and configuration of access to corporate data and resources.
• Development and implementation of IT policies and security standards.

• Cooperation with contractors and suppliers of IT solutions.
• Analysis of company needs in IT infrastructure and department development planning.

Requirements for the candidate :

• Work experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of server technologies, IP telephony, databases, and automation systems (1C, Bitrix).
• Experience in managing a team of IT specialists.
• Understanding the principles of information technology security.
• Analytical thinking, organization and planning skills.
• Responsibility, communication, ability to make operational decisions.
