Why am I looking for a specialist personally, and not HR? We do not have an HR department at bodo. As leaders, we build our teams and cultivate our corporate culture. All stages of selection are carried out by me. So let's get to know each other!
I am 33 years old and I have been in the bodo team for 13 of them. During this time, under my leadership, the company has gone the way:
- from one physical server to a hybrid infrastructure with more than 50 servers;
- from outsourcing in programming and system administration to full-fledged functions within the company;
- from firefighting to a systems approach to IT.
What we have:
- 2 system administrators under reporting, closing L1/L2.
- External contractors with competences in complex services (for example, telephony).
- Budget for development and operational needs.
- 1C and web programmers on staff.
- IT director working in the company for 10+ years.

- Has experience in building local networks based on Mikrotik equipment.
- He configured monitoring systems not only according to standard templates, but also has practical experience in creating dashboards for specific tasks.
- He has a desire to "get to the bottom" of the causes of any problems, and not just deal with their consequences .
- Understands the importance of creating backups, the necessity of duplicating them, conducting periodic checks by "deploying" backups and uses it in practice in his work.
- Able to schedule tasks with a time estimate for a month ahead both for himself and for his subordinates.
- Works for a result, not "from nine to six to sit out."
