Head of the investment department in Metinvest

We are looking for a Head of the Investment Departmentat the Group's enterprise - PRAT "KAMET-STEEL".

What needs to be done:

• Responsible for the preparation of long-term investment programs;
• Responsible for the development of long-term and annual investment programs of the Asset (control of the activities of process participants, compliance with deadlines,
  organization and support of the process of developing investment project justification packages, quality control, critical analysis, decision-making on the need to implement investment projects);
• Responsible for the further implementation of long-term and annual asset investment programs within the framework of allocated budgets, terms, indicators and projects;
• Responsible for evaluating the results of program implementation from the point of view of achieving the planned quality and overall impact on the value of the Company in the annual and long-term horizon;
• Promote and initiate the development of effective new projects with a short payback period, facilitate the search optimization of the proposed technical solutions of terms, budgets and financial indicators of projects in implementation;
• Contribute to the improvement of the culture of the Asset and the Group in the field of investment project management;
• Responsible for the organization of the work of subordinate employees, their motivation, evaluation and development.

Our expectations:

• Work experience in similar positions from 5 years;
• Higher technical or economic education in the relevant field of training;
• Knowledge of the main features of investment activity, methodology and the procedure for determining the economic efficiency of investments;
• Experience in developing investment projects with a short payback period;
• Skills in calculating financial indicators, profitability of investment and key performance indicators; assessment of the stated value of cash flows under various conditions of financing and implementation of projects;
• Understanding the basics of technological processes of mining and metallurgical enterprises - will be an advantage;
• Skills in making managerial decisions and personnel management;
• Owning specialized software for project managementand (standard package of MS Office programs, MS Project, as well as working skills in SAP ERP).
