Head of the international recruitment department in Personal-Servis-Ukrayina

• Experience in a similar position (at least 2 years)
• Experience in management team (at least 2 years)
• Experience in conducting various recruiting projects
• Independence in decision-making. Creativity
• Good knowledge of SMM, especially in the field of recruitment, targeting basics (will be an advantage)
• Confident MS Office, Excel user
• CRM and IP telephony experience
• Developed leadership and management skills.

DUTIES:

• Managing a team of recruiters (more than 10 people). Finding new recruiters
• Increasing sales volume and meeting monthly sales targets
• Maintaining recruiting department reports
• Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns Finding new promotion channels and writing a Digital strategy
• Regular and effective communication with all stakeholders within the framework of current activities
• Execution of the company's planned indicators.
