Main tasks:

1. Development of the direction of attracting temporary workers from Asia and Africa.
2. Search and coordination of temporary workers.
3. Establishment of long-term business relations.
4. Close interaction with the department sales and a team of recruiters.
5. Coordinating the selection of personnel ("blue collars") for customers.
6. Planning the budget, time frames for the implementation of projects.

Important experience:

• Working with business clients, understanding terms: legalization, administration, process outsourcing, outstaffing, permanent employment.
• Knowledge of labor legislation; Law on foreigners;
• English from B1;
• High communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Orientation on results and responsibility;
• Customer orientation.
