Do not hesitate. respond if you are interested: prepare business requirements, technical tasks, test software; finalize ODB, system front, mobile application; develop and approve card products (debit and credit card products); to develop and approve regulatory and methodological documents, contractual basis; to develop and approve tariffs; describe the processes for ordering card products/services by customers through various channels: website, mobile application, branches; initiate, test and support the migration of customers to other tariff plans; study and analyze the market; form reporting. You are "our person" if you have: higher education; experience of working in a relevant position for at least 3 years; experience of working simultaneously with a large number of regulatory documents of the bank as a methodologist (creating, making changes, approving the product); business process analysis skills; knowledge of customer identification and verification processes, payment card holders; thorough knowledge of the life cycle of cards; knowledge of SQL at a basic level (preferred); thorough knowledge of legislation in the field of card services for individuals, the Law on Payment Services, provision of consumer services, legislation/requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine in the field of payment services and current accounts.
