Skills required:

• Higher education in the field of telecommunications, information technology, information security or IT.
• Experience in the field of IS or information risks for at least 5 years, of which 3 years on management positions.
• Experience in working with switching equipment, firewalls.
• Knowledge of technologies: VLAN, VTP, Spanning-Tree, Etherchannel, port security, ACLs, IPSEC / VTI.

• Understanding the principles of protection systems (IDS, IPS, SIEM).
• Experience in creating information security correlation rules.
• Knowledge of international standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27K, NIST ) and practical IT and IS risk assessment skills.
• Knowledge of IT risk management methods — prevention, acceptance, transfer and reduction of risk.
• Experience in working with cyber risk.
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation of the NBU in the field of IS, risks.
• Excellent management and communication skills.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with vulnerability scanners, antivirus, DLP, FIM and PAM solutions.

Essential responsibilities Responsibilities:

• Management of the information security department, including coordination of team work and monitoring of tasks.
• Analysis of operational risks of information systems, network infrastructures and business processes in the field of IT and information security.
• Managing the annual risk assessment process, developing a plan to minimize threats.
• Developing regulatory documentation and ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Development and implementation of annual trainings for employees on knowledge and implementation of information security requirements.
• Interaction with internal and external audit to ensure compliance with IS policies.
• Monitoring of new threats and vulnerabilities, implementation of appropriate measures to protect the IT infrastructure.
• Development and implementation of measures to reduce cyber risks and ensure the security of corporate information.
